Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy describes how the KAD KREĆE website collects and uses visitor data. We comply with the Republic of Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 87/2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

What data we collect

The site itself does not require any registration or entry of personal data. Data is collected only in the following cases:

• Usage analytics — via Google Analytics 4, only if you give consent. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, language, visit time, and pages visited is collected. This data is used in aggregate form to understand how the site is used.
• Local storage (localStorage) — your browser locally stores certain preferences (e.g. light/dark theme, dismissed notifications, your cookie consent choice). This data never leaves your device and we have no access to it.

Legal basis and purpose of processing

• Consent (Art. 12 of the Serbian Data Protection Law / Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for analytics cookies (Google Analytics).
• Legitimate interest (Art. 12 of the Serbian Data Protection Law / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for functionally storing your preferences in browser local storage, and for basic server logs required to run the site.

Third parties we share data with

The only third party that may process your data is Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC), and only after your consent. More on Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses two types of cookies and browser local storage:

• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics only after your consent, to help us understand how the site is used. Details on these cookies can be found in Google's cookie documentation.
• Essential local storage data — your browser locally stores a few preferences (chosen theme, dismissed notifications, and your cookie consent decision). This data never leaves your device and we have no access to it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. For any of these requests, write to info@kadkrece.rs.

How to withdraw consent

You can change your decision at any time by clicking the "Change cookie consent" link in the page footer. The consent banner will reappear and you'll be able to choose Accept or Reject.

Data security

The site uses HTTPS encryption on all pages. We do not store visitors' personal data on our servers. Technical data is processed only in aggregate form via Google Analytics, exclusively after your consent.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided data on our site, contact us so we can delete it.

Policy changes

This privacy policy may be updated to comply with the law or due to technical changes to the site. Any changes will be published on this page with a new last-updated date. We recommend checking this page occasionally.
